“Con has worked in 2 locations for us - a Victorian terraced house in St Leonards on Sea and a Victorian three storey clock tower in Heathfield. We asked Con to replace the old single glazed windows with new wooden double glazed sash windows that were in keeping with the age and aesthetics of this Victorian home. Con sourced and fitted the windows for us, we couldn't have asked for better service. Con was always up front regarding budgets and material costs and if anything unexpected popped up he would discuss it first before proceeding.

My mother-in-law purchased a clock tower in 2016 and took it on as a restoration project. The property had been badly neglected for 40 years. Having listened to our praise for Con she decided he was the man for the job. It was a challenge for any competent craftsman but Con was brilliant and tackled the work with enthusiasm and expertise. Over the period of 8 months he and his small team worked on the interior rooms and the re-pointing to all the exterior brickwork. He tackled and eradicated the dry rot that was present in much of the woodwork. Con is great to work with and fully explains what he is doing. He produces solutions not problems. Nothing is too much trouble.
